This is my fair, real and honest review on Hypertrophy M.A.X by Vince Del Monte and Ben Pakulski. There are so many reviews on this program just to make sales and sell you on the program. Well, I am not like them. So you don’t have to worry if this review is a lie like others. If you know Vince Del Monte very well, you will know he has written many popular e-books on bodybuilding. If you have been to his mailing list before, then you will know what I am talking about. When I heard he teamed up with Ben Pakulski, I bought the Hypertrophy M.A.X program and it is one of the best programs one can ever go for.They both made up the idea that 6 different hypertrophy programs will be delivered both in hardcopy and DVD format every month into your mail. And this will be followed by 6 specialized programs for different parts of the body.
It is well made known from the beginning of the Hypertrophy program that Ben is the one behind nutrition and training, and Vince is the one in charge of marketing. And these two guys are very good at what they do. But now into the program. There are 12 phases in which I will talk about 5 here. You get to know more about the rest when you go for the Hypertrophy program.
- The first I will be discussing is Max-tension. This phase is what other programs call anatomical adaptation. It focuses on strengthening the muscle and balancing your body.
- Max-density is the second phase. Density style training and reciprocal inhibition are combined in this phase, which makes you think about the angle at which you are working. Ben didn’t really talk much about supplements and nutrition in this phase. And even most of the things he said are what he has said in many places many times. The training in this phase are very enjoyable and you get to have new type of challenges.
- The third phase I will discussing here is the Max-Lactic and this phase has some of the worst and best part of the Hypertrophy M.A.X program. The exercises are very interesting to carry out and they manipulate the best angles and positions. Then you get to know how this exercises can help you hormonally. This is the good part. And the worst part is that the training videos are not that interesting.
- Max-volume: this is the fourth phase and it is very interesting and fun when it comes to training.
- Max-Intensity: this is the last phase I will talk about here and it is mainly about strength and this is done with two methods- the wave loading and Ian King methods.

- Max-Arms and Abs
- Max-Quads and Calves

- 90-minute coaching call: you can ask the authors any question with this coaching call.
